Product Reliability Engineer, IC Resources
Our client has major design and manufacturing divisions working on leading edge mixed signal ICs. It is now searching for a Product Reliability Engineer to work within the quality department on the technical processing of customer returns, electrical failure localization and project management and processing of qualifications. The role will involve the set up of new failure analysis techniques and supporting project teams within the product development phase.
Required skills:
- Good failure analysis experience within the semiconductor industry
- Analog IC electrical evaluation experience
- Reliability knowledge (stress testing)
- Experience of working within a high volume semiconductor manufacturing environment
- BSc in Electrical Engineering/Physics or equivalent
