IC Reliability Engineer, IC Resources
Our successfully growing client now requires an IC Reliability Engineer to be responsible for the reliability program. The role will involve procuring samples and environmental stress testing, testing devices and specifying reliability tests. Developing project plans for reliability characterisation will be required as well as the management of failure analysis.
Required skills include;
- Good knowledge of IC semiconductor reliability
- Experience of working within a high volume manufacturing environment
- Ability to work with various departments within the company
- Semiconductor test and failure analysis appreciation
- Degree or equivalent qualifications
