Process Development Manager, IC Resources
Our global client is searching for a Process Development Manager to be responsible for developing new processes to meet with future product needs. The role will involve the development of process definition, the design of the process flow (TCAD) and the implementation of the process flow. The successful candidates will be responsible for all aspects of the process development cycle from concept through to qualification.
Desired qualifications are as follows;
- Knowledge of semiconductor process engineering and device physics
- Familiar with high volume semiconductor manufacturing environment
- TCAD simulation tools experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- BSc Physics / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
