IC Failure Analysis Engineer, IC Resources
Our client is a world leader in advanced power management technology from analog and mixed signal ICs to advanced circuit devices, power systems, and components. It is now searching for an IC Failure Analysis Engineer to work with new product development and customer returns on a wafer and package level. A strong IC electrical characterisation and / or IC integration knowledge is necessary.
- Strong understanding of IC physics and power MOSFETS
- Work with wafer fab and assembly to define the failure modes for finished product
- Analytical tool experience (SEM)
- Familiar with chemical and physical preparation techniques (grinding, FIB, etching)
- Familiar with high volume semiconductor manufacturing
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
