As a member of a rapidly growing team you will be involved in proposal development, presentation to customers and complete project execution from budgeting, scheduling, estimating manpower resource requirements (internal, sub-contractors, consultants, etc.) to project management and construction management. You will also develop standards for design, safety, engineering and cost control.

• Primary responsibilities for this position include: This position includes P&L responsibility for projects and engineered systems.
• Build and manage teams on a project by project basis.
• Optimize Project Engineering and Systems Engineering.
• Develop and manage roadmap for continuous improvement and cost reduction.

Position Requirements - The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience:

• Engineering degree and 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in power systems. PE a plus but not required.
• Ability to manage people and resources to deliver projects within schedule and under budget.
• Desire to join a highly entrepreneurial, fast moving, rapidly changing, cohesive team of peers working within a start-up environment who are simultaneously responding to customers, building core processes/practices, managing established vendors and building an excellent core procurement function.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, technical and cost analysis and problem solving skills.
• Strong desire to bring best practices to the team, share your knowledge and expertise and enable your team members’ mutual success as the organization continues to grow.
• Ability to travel 25% within North America with occasional international travel required.
