Job Responsibilities
Group leader power-devices building up a group of highly skilled device experts and semiconductor specialists for the development of discrete power devices.
Development engineers for power devices including product development, qualification and transfer into production in our new 8" wafer fab in Reutlingen, Germany.
Electrical engineer for the development of "functional power solutions" including novel switching concepts and circuit development for power-modules.
Project leaders for the development of multichip power packages (system-in-package) and application specific power modules.
Mechatronic engineer and construction engineer for the development of mechatronic power solutions.
Job Requirements
Highly qualified engineers with M.S. in electrical engineering, physics or mechatronics.
Several years of industry experience in power-semiconductors and/or power-packaging and/or power-product development desired.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective participation within interdepartmental teams.
