We are seeking several accomplished senior quality engineers to join our quality department in Reutlingen. The plant is producing a variety of asics and sensors for automotive applications.
Join ROBERT BOSCH GmbH, the number one supplier for automotive applications. Our Automotive Electronics Division is located in the south of Germany near the town of Stuttgart. Here we are building a new 200 mm wafer fab.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supports QA policies and procedures
- Designs and maintains quality management systems, processes and instructions
- Organizes effectively and efficient information/communication processes
- Ensures adequate reporting
- Designs and maintains quality standards for manufacturing (Key figures specs, methods, workmanship standards, etc)
- Represents the interface to the customer regarding quality issues
- Ensures proper quality of status reporting and good communication internally and to the customer
- Analyzes quality problems, defines measures, initiates improvements, and monitors execution and effectiveness of corrective actions
- Applies statistical techniques, problem solving methods and quality tools
- Oversees development processes and procedures to analyze returned defective parts for root cause
- Coordinates project teams for problem solving and trouble shooting
- Guides functionally staff in line with department objectives

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate electronic engineer or physicist,
- Quality control experience requested
- Knowledge and experience with technical project management and statistical methods required
- Must have good problem-solving abilities, initiative, flexibility, and the ability to think analytically.
