Senior Reliability Engineer, KLA-Tencor
The qualified candidate will be responsible for managing all, or part, of the reliability related activities associated with the product(s) he/she is assigned. Job duties will include: 1. Participate in the creation and execution of the product reliability development process 2. Product reliability activity planning, tracking and reporting. 3. Participating and contribute to design reviews. Focusing primarily on design for reliability 4. Develop and maintain the product system/subsystem reliability allocation model 5. Development of reliability test plans 6. Test fixture setup, reliability test execution, failure analysis, design revision and reliability test reporting. 7. Preparing and presenting all relevant product reliability information to upper management. 8. Coordinating and driving root-cause investigations and reliability improvements as reliability issues arise.
