Our client is currently searching for a Senior Product Engineer to be based in Hong Kong. The role will involve being responsible for yield and quality issues and improvement activities. The role will involve supporting the quality department and also managing product characterisation for new products.

Desired qualifications are as follows;

-Semiconductor IC product experience (power knowledge beneficial)
-Knowledge of assembly, test, yield and cost improvement techniques
-Familiar with high volume semiconductor manufacturing environment
-Excellent communication skills, English and Mandarin
-BSc Physics / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
