Sr Application Engineer - Motor Control
based in Ile de France

Job content:
System level & product definition /specification for target markets within the 'Motor Control'
Application sector including Home Appliances, Power Tools and Industrial motor drives etc.
Product support & development(Hardware & Software)
Preparation/specification of Application Notes &reference designs
Liaison with other our client's offices world-wide
Close co-operation with Marketing and Sales groups.
Customer presentations
Customer project support

Your profile:
Electrical / Electronics Engineering degree or equivalent
Solid experience in a similar position ideally within the Motor Control sector
Sound microcontroller background (8-32 bit) including an understanding of basic peripherals UARTS, I2C, ADC etc.
Experience of software development using C, assembler and low level driver applications.
Hardware circuit design (Analog & Digital)
Experience in Communications protocols, Real Time Control and Data Acquisition techniques
Systems knowledge of Home Appliances, Various Motor Drives (AC, DC etc.), Power Tools, handheld applications, Energy conservation, and other industrial market areas.
Customer facing role & support.
Good communications skills both verbal and written
Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a team
Able to work under pressure , to strict deadlines and multi task
Confident, outgoing and effective communicator
