Responsibilities:
Primary account team representative for customer software support including issue reporting, tracking and resolution to maintain Customer satisfaction with system software performance for Factory Automation, Real Time and Factory Interface
Performs software tasks as part of system START-UP support for TWO PRODUCTS
Plans and executes without supervision software upgrade qualification including customer Factory Automation Verification.
Includes development of Basic FA scripts according to customer specifications, based on established reference SEMI standards
Develops and maintains software documentation and simulation capability for local customer scenarios Requirements:
BS in Science, Engineering or related technical discipline
3+ years directly related experience
strong analytical skills, strong oral and written communication skills, strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, detail oriented, exercises mature judgment, ability to work in a team, and ability to work independently.
