Responsibilities:
Serves as a thought partner consulting, influencing and partnering with senior managers on business/HR initiatives, analyzing trends, patterns and HR implications of business goals.
Serves as a participant and change agent on business/function leadership teams, defining opportunities to improve organizational efficiency, assessing needs for change, developing proposals on change initiatives and implementing/communicating change plans.
Coaches/counsels managers and employees providing mentoring and feedback on how to improve individual or organizational performance. Serves as a thought partner offering front-line support to resolve employee/management issues. Resolves difficult and complex issues applying a systematic approach using sound judgment and personal influence.
Delivers communications and training/coaching on-site across HR functions and activities including but not limited to recruitment/talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, total rewards, employee relations and performance management.
Integrate, monitors, and facilitates all HR services within the business unit, communicating and insuring compliance and consistency with all HR policies.
As a strategic business partner on HR product services, provides feedback to the COEs, HRSC and the business unit to ensure HR services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
PREREQUISITES:
Knowledge:
Requires detailed knowledge of the business unit, industry and products/services. Strong knowledge of HR technologies, organizational development, leadership development and change management. Demonstrated knowledge of applicable HR laws, regulations and business practices.

Education and Experience:
INCUMBENTS ARE PREFERRED WHO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
B.S. level degree in related field
10+ years of experience in Human Resources, including 3+ years in a management or individual contributor role supporting client groups in a line or corporate support organization or equivalent
