The EMEA Technical Customer Support group (TCS-E) is part of Intel's System's Manufacturing organisation, which in turn is part of the Technology and Manufacturing Group (TMG). Its role is to provide warranty support to Intel's EMEA customers, and also, by working with other groups within Intel, provide assistance to help Intel's customers be successful in their respective market places.

TCS-E supports customers in over 50 countries and 1400 locations across EMEA, from it's base at the Leixlip campus. We manage the supply of warranty services, and coordinate spares fulfillment and product screening activities at a number of sites located across the globe.

About the role

Intel's Technical Customer Support group in EMEA (TCS-E) currently has a vacancy at our Leixlip site for a Senior Technical Program Manager to coordinate the analysis of technical data from our screening operations, and to identify and drive the implementation of process improvements at our customer sites.
In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Analyzing of product returns and screening and repair data, identifying returns reduction opportunities, trends and areas for improvement
- Working with our partner organizations to make best use of the data collected from our screening activities, and making it available to all relevant stakeholders in a useful, usable format
- Working with TCS-E's technical team to develop customer focused training and educational materials
- Providing consultancy support to selected customers to maximize returns reduction opportunities
- Managing and leading specific projects and/or project teams, as the business need dictates

Qualifications/Experience


You should be qualified to degree level, have a strong technical background and possess strong problem solving, data analysis and presentation skills. Additional qualifications include:
- A minimum of ten years experience in the PC and/or IT and/or electronics manufacturing industry
- Knowledge and experience of Intel architecture
- Customer fronting experience would be an added advantage
