Uses extensive knowledge of the Executive; priorities and business practices to routinely and directly respond to daily issues/requests as authorized
Type and composes letters and memos, reports and presentation materials using appropriate software
Maintains individual calendars (electronic) and with Executive input schedules/re-schedules appointment and meetings, using knowledge and judgment of the Executives priorities and business practices/procedures
Screen phone calls and where possible, immediately deals with issues/requests on behalf of the Executive (as authorized) and records messages, or forwards calls to the appropriate person/department
Sets up meetings, video conferences, and conference calls on/offsite as needed
Receives, organizes, and distributes daily mail, and immediately deals with issues/requests on behalf of the executive (as authorized)
Photocopies and faxes documents as needed. Sets up and maintains filing systems
Make travel arrangements
Requirements:
Require junior college graduate or equivalent level of educational background in the relevant job Knowledge & Relevant Experience:
1~3 years experience of the relevant job field required
Organizational Understanding,Administration skills ,Customer service
Organizing ability,Computer Skills
Require to satisfy demands of daily conversation and job requirements fairly fluently
Little or no presentation required
