Sales Manager, Applied Materials

Position Summary:
Achieve the sales objectives: develop and manage account/product strategy, overall customer satisfaction, and partnership development. Meet target Booking & Revenue, target market share, gross margin target. Manage the product position and value in AMAT and customer
Pressure of Decision-making: Seldom must make rapid decisions. Attention to detail can be important; however, these tasks less than 20% of the day. Interruptions and distractions are infrequent, but do affect job performance
Innovation & Initiative: Require outstanding ability to work independently toward general results. Often no standard procedure available and little help is available for carrying out assigned work. Required are these skills of originate, plan, adapt, invent, and continue to accomplish tasks. Supervisor may work with rather than direct worker in completing work problems.
Responsibilities:
Working together with Account GM to close business, working together with Account Assistant to book the business
Quote appropriate customer prices, and coordinates/conducts customer visit/demo/source inspection with PBG under approval of SAF
Generate Configuration PST spec.
Achieves the direct sales of system (entire Company products line or designated products) Develops and builds on meaningful/mutual-trust relationships with all pertinent people within the account
Makes technical presentations, negotiates product specifications, completes product configurations
Regular customer meeting to understand customers business status, look for business opportunity, maintain customer satisfaction
Ensure all customer profile/business information and sales forecast data is completed, thoroughly, accurately, and on time updated Ensure that the skills necessary to achieve results are obtained, this includes development of selling skills, administrative procedure, AMAT product knowledge, presentation skills for the consistent professional approach
Coordinate with PBG/RPM to respond to customers technical questions and to make sure product related technical details are resolved to the customers satisfaction Calls on prospective customers, provide product information
Maintains meeting information of each site visit Job Specifications:
Education:
Above Bachelor degree or equivalent level of educational background in the relevant job, major in Engineering, Business, etc. Knowledge & Relevant Experience:
3~7 years experience of the relevant job field required with considerably matured professional skills How to Apply:
