Position Purpose

• Work with autonomy, determine own methodology, and regularly use creativity.
• Supervise small CE group and engage in the system
• Start up, warranty, service, retrofit and system productivity improvement activities and lead the customer meeting/training and prepare the report for customers and support sales

Responsibilities:

• Ensure system performance and customer satisfaction within assigned site.
• Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of systems.
• Tier I, II capability and Tier I >1 tool type.
• Handle complex troubleshooting.?
• Demonstrate technology ability to represent dedicated site team, handle product weekly review with customer effectively communicate and convince customer from engineer up to section level technically.
• Certified HW of multiple tool type.
• Tier II certification.
• Help managers to develop and certify junior CE in account, be able to deliver? TTC training to internal team and customers.
• Review TSL, responsible for new parts technical promotion and qualification
• Ensure product safety/quality issue timely reported and escalated.

• College degree or equivalent;
• More than 6 years of relevant working experience or 4 year direct experience in Semiconductor industry
