Sales Administrator, Applied Materials

Responsibilities:

  • Giving administrative support to all Solar sales people on a global scale
  • Setting up documentations, specifications, and presentations to support the sales activities, mostly in English language
  • Coordination and follow up on offers, quotes and customer correspondence, ensuring that schedules are met and deadlines are not missed
  • Coordination and planning of business travel, meetings, customer visits, participation on trade shows, etc.
  • Interface with customers, be able to handle customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Create reports and presentations based upon management input
  • Organization of customer events
  • Observe and comply with ISO requirements

 

Required knowledge and Experience:

  • Finished commercial apprenticeship
  • Several years experience international sales
  • Good communication skills
  • IT knowledge- MS-Office and preferably SAP
  • Very good English, preferable other foreign languages
  • Flexibility and sensitivity in cooperation with internal and external partners, intercultural skills
  • Willingness for business travels (for example, trade shows)
  • Absolute trustworthiness
  • Willingness to work flexible�hours
