Responsibilities:
- Developing and assuring of marketable technologies and product improvements in the Solar division
Participation in strategic planning
Reporting to the Director R & D Solar and case to case also to higher level (e.g. VP Solar)
Setting up presentations, publications and patent applications, participation in conferences and workshops
Doing risk assessments with respect to solar technologies
Performing process start up for our equipment (inhouse as well as on customer sites) on time and in line with business and quality policies
Implementation and compliance with quality management policies
Required Knowledge & Education:
University degree in physics
Experience with thin film technology
Profound knowledge of AMAT - technologies
IT knowledge: MS-Office, SAP
Good knowledge of English in writing and speaking
Good team player
Ability to work under time constraints
Flexibility and sensitivity in dealing with external partners
Experience in planning and executing of complex projects
Willingness to frequent business travel
