Customer Engineer, Applied Materials
Ensure system performance and customer satisfaction within assigned site. Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of systems. Tier I, II capability and Tier I >1 tool type. Handle complex troubleshooting
Demonstrate technology ability to represent dedicated site team, handle product weekly review with customer effectively communicate and convince customer from engineer up to section level technically.
Certified HW of multiple tool type. Tier II certification
Responsible for AGS business promotion. Attend CaRm review for product hardware
Help managers to develop and certify junior CE in account, be able to deliver TTC training to internal team and customers
Review TSL, responsible for new parts technical promotion and qualification, Ensure product safety/quality issue timely reported and escalated .
Requirements:
College degree or equivalent
More than 6 years of relevant working experience or 4 year direct experience in Semiconductor industry
