IC Failure Analysis Engineer, IC Resources
Our multinational client now requires an IC Failure Analysis Engineer to be responsible for the physical failure analysis of products for internal customers. The role will involve using state of the art equipment including SEM, OBIRCH, X-ray etc. Evaluation of new analysis tools will also be required as well as cooperation with the company's central lab.

Required skills include;
Strong knowledge of semiconductor Failure Analysis within a high volume manufacturing facility
Familiarity with SEM equipment and analysis tools
Semiconductor process and device knowledge
Excellent communication skills (German and English desirable)
BSc in Physics / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
