Sales Engineer Continental, Freescale

For the office Munich or preferred Nuremberg we are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to drive the complete Freescale technology portfolio in a focus application segment at Continental Automotive.

The Role

For your key customer application segments you will identify, structure and develop Sales opportunities and define and own the sales strategy based on professionally prepared customer, market and system data that feeds into Freescale's global vertical market teams. Target is to get ahead of the RFQ curve reaching early involvement in defining the solution for our customers problems based on Freescale's strengths, technologies and product road maps.

Subsequently you will lead virtual teams across Freescale with energy and persistence to meet our customer's needs and expectations by executing on our commitments to our customer.
You will eloquently and convincingly communicate your plans to customer and Freescale management.
Highest customer satisfaction is your goal to achieve profitable business growth for our customer as well as for Freescale.
Last but not least you will own revenue and profit growth and as such coordinate required measures.

Your Profile

Based on a BC or master degree in Electronics engineering or similar you do have 3 to 5 years industry experience in engineering, marketing or account management within the electronics industry, ideally including experience in semiconductors and automotive. You are capable to understand and promote the full product portfolio of analog, sensor and microcontroller components.

Customer focus is your strength. You have proven negotiation skills and a track record of persistence, conviction and success. You are willing to prove daily your commercial and technical expertise.

Flexibility, endurance, self motivation, intercultural and team competence are proven strengths of your character. You have good English skills.
