Corporate Account Manager (f/m), Freescale

The Corporate Channel team in Europe are responsible for driving high performance growth and market share gain with our Channel partners. We own the Channel strategy, business execution, results, and overall relationship development.

The Corporate Account Management position is a high profile role within the European Sales organisation, responsible for an EMEA Distribution partner, delivering multi-million indirect $ sales in a complex networked environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the Distributor Sales and Business Management. The role involves high levels of customer engagement, networking and influencing skills at multiple levels within the Distributor and internally within the Company.

Primary responsibilities include:


  • Development and ownership of the Distributor Corporate long range strategy and plan.

  • Creation and program management of the Distributor Go to Market plan and budget.

  • Ownership of Sales and Demand Creation metrics, performance and execution to the plan.

  • Responsible for corporate, regional and branch business reviews to drive alignment and results.

  • Asset Management: oversee resale, inventory and backlog. Facilitate appropriate ordering patterns, forecasts and end-customer market intelligence.

  • Contribution to overall Channel strategy and business model evolution, policies and procedures.

  • Corporate ownership for Supply Chain escalation management.

  • Facilitation of all parties to ensure effective working relationships across all levels.

  • Regular and concise performance, program and market intelligence reporting.

Your Profile

Applicants must be qualified to BA/BEng level (or equivalent) with proven industry experience and a successful track record in one or more of the following:

  • Semiconductor Sales

  • Marketing

  • Business Management

 

Candidates should be able to clearly demonstrate the following from their previous experience:


  • Sales Strategy development and Business Management.
  • Technical appreciation of semiconductor applications, systems and markets
  • Ability to communicate clearly and develop lasting effective relationships at all functional levels.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with competence in Office desktop tools.
