As Project Director for semiconductors at Bosch Automotive Electronics you will be responsible to establish the project organization and introduce new semiconductor processes in Bosch-Wafer production. You will be part of the team establishing cooperation with suppliers of processes. You will lead the discussion of production technology topics with our cooperation partners.

As the global market leader, the Automotive Electronics division offers innovative electronic systems, control units, sensors and semiconductors for motor vehicles. In Reutlingen, we develop and produce semiconductors, micro-hybrids, micro-mechanical sensors and control units. A new 200 mm semiconductor production is in start up, currently we produce in 150 mm technology. With this major investment, Bosch is amongst the few companies investing in semiconductor manufacturing in Europe.

Qualifications: University degree/university of applied science degree/Master/Bachelor in electrical engineering, micro system technology, physics or equivalent

Experience/knowlege in key words:
- Several years of leadership experience in power semiconductors manufacturing or development
- Excellent specialized knowledge in processes for power semiconductors TrenchMOS and IGBT
- Assertiveness
- Results-oriented
- Excellent leadership skills
- Expert knowlege of the German language (written and spoken)
- Very good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
- Open-minded, flexible and motivated personality
