The successful candidate will have the appropriate combination of education, expertise and competency to complete projects to the satisfaction of the client, consistent with cost, schedule and contractual requirements, ensuring the established company goals are realized while maintaining client relations that will enhance future business.
Position requires:

• Strong technical background and understanding of 24/7 manufacturing environment
  
• Previous experience providing operations maintenance for a semiconductor fab
  
• Clean rooms operations
  
• Operation and maintenance of facilities equipment supporting industrial environment (boilers, chillers, air compressors, vacuum pumps, air distribution, piping systems, water purification, instrumentation and control, electrical, chemistry and construction.
  
• Predictive maintenance methodology
  
• Maintenance management software, technical writing, business knowledge
  
• Excellent customer relations and client partnering mentality
  
• Possess leadership and accountability, including a sense of urgency about customer response and anticipating needs
  
• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Facility Management or other relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  
• Average of 10 years engineering, operations/maintenance, M&O, construction or project controls experience
