Customer Engineer IV, Applied Materials

Responsibilities

  • Ensure system performance and customer satisfaction within assigned site.
  • Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of systems.
  • Tier I, II capability and Tier I >1 tool type.
  • Handle complex troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrate technology ability to represent dedicated site team, handle product weekly review with customer, effectively communicate with and convince customer from engineer up to section level technically.
  • Certified HW of multiple tool types.
  • Tier II certification.
  • Responsible for AGS business promotion.
  • Attend CaRm review for product hardware.
  • Help managers to develop and certify junior CE in account, be able to deliver.
  • TTC training to internal team and customers.
  • Review TSL, responsible for new parts technical promotion and qualification.
  • Ensure product safety/quality.
  • Timely reporting and escalation.

Required Knowledge & Experience

  • College degree or equivalent
  • More than 6 years of relevant working experience or 4 year direct experience in Semiconductor industry
  • Presentation & communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Instructing ability
  • Project management skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Good command of English
