Responsibilities
- Coordinates world-wide or regional (i.e. AME) account process information.
- Defines/approves process support plans for installation and warranty period depending on product and process maturity.
- Manages agreed process roadmaps at customer sites, and presents technology and product roadmaps both internally and externally.
- Keeps in-depth knowledge of process development roadmaps.
- Determines and implements process CIP for assigned customers/installed base.
- Develops customised processes (with customer and CPS).
- Arranges regular customer process user meetings to drive installed process CIP.
- Trains/Supports local resources during installation and warranty as required to achieve Customer Process Spec. and/or BKM�s process performance.
- May perform start-ups for critical projects (i.e. JDA�s).
- Responsible for installation and (product) qualification of �new� processes and technologies.
- Executes process �-sites, evals JDA�s & PSI.
- Acquires/priorities in the assigned area system performance data, which allows CPS/ET to establish CIP programs to lead �Applied Materials� products to PTOR.
- Requires state of the art device/process technology knowledge as related to the assigned technology and its peripherals including future requirements and trends.
- Keeps detailed knowledge of installed process performance in assigned geographical area up-to-date.
- Keeps up-to-date knowledge of competitive process performance.
- Actively participates in quarterly technology seminars.
- Publishes technology and process related papers, internal and external.
- Responsible for following departmental procedures to safeguard the health, safety and welfare of themselves and those around them who may be affected by their acts omissions.
- Other duties as assigned, i.e. providing regular feedback to PBG�s on performance and positioning.

- Fluent in verbal and written English; Computer literate; IC device knowledge; defect knowledge.

- Time-management, self-organisation-and documentation skills (i.e. Project Management / team skills).
- Financial awareness.
- Provides technical and PSI leadership.
- Demonstrates paper writing capabilities, looks for IP opportunities, teamplayer.
Education and Experience:
- 4+ years experience in process engineering with industry and master degree in a technical discipline or 5+ years experience in process engineering with industry and graduate degree in a technical discipline; demonstrated Project management capabilities.
