Responsibilities

• Coordination of all Solar lab activities in close cooperation with internal and external partners (research projects, customer-demos, sampling and testing, training activities).
• Collecting and documentation of internal and external customer requirements.
• Transformation of customer requirements into detailed project plans for the laboratory.
• Capacity planning for the solar lab under time and resource constraints.
• Implementation and compliance with quality management policies and safety policies.

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Technical university degree.
• First experience with thin film or solar technology and experience in managing complex projects.
• Team player with very good communication skills.
• Experience in dealing with internal and external customers with different cultural backgrounds.
• Very good English both oral and written.
• Profound knowledge of AMAT -technologies.
• IT knowledge: MS-Office, SAP.
• Ability to work under time constraints.
• Willingness to business travels.
