Our client is currently searching for a Semiconductor Process Engineer to be responsible for implementing and documenting process improvements within epitaxy, polishing, CVD and crystal growth. The role will involve defining control parameters (SPC) and providing support to production.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Strong semiconductor process experience within a high volume manufacturing environment
- A variety of CVD, epitaxy, CMP process experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different departments
- BSc. degree in engineering, physics, or equivalent
