Our global client is now searching for an IC Reliability Engineer to be responsible for the reliability of new products and to ensure industry reliability requirements are met. The role will involve measuring the failure mechanisms of various parameters and supporting customer and manufacturing issues. A knowledge of relevant tests including temperature cycling, Burn-In and HAST will be necessary.

Desired qualifications are as follows:

- Experience of the IC reliability process within the semiconductor industry
- Excellent device physics and circuit design knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- BSc Physics / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
