The Candidate will represent themselves as an expert in semiconductor process/device integration, specifically around advanced BiCMOS technology.
This position resides in the 200mm Wafer Fabrication facility in South Portland, Maine, reporting to the Director of the Advanced Process Technology Development organization.
A well qualified candidate will:
- Possess working knowledge of process capabilities required to build advanced BiCMOS technologies, including sub-0.18 integration experience
- Demonstrate proficiency at experimental design and statistical process control
- Provide process integration solutions that produce the desired device attributes specific to a product objective specification.
- Assure manufacturability of the developed process technology.
- Work successfully within a cross-functional team environment that includes a product designer, TCAD, integration, unit process developers and program management.
Hands-on work experience and background in areas including:
- Proven technical expertise and skills
- Technical and intellectual property publications
- Solid communication skills
- Strong business orientation
- Energetic and committed to timely execution of the team goals
Minimum 7-10 years direct experience and responsibility in semiconductor process and device integration.
A Masters or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Device Physics is preferred, with a strong background in semiconductor devices.
