Senior IT Manager - Finance Applications, KLA Tencor
Responsibilities: Senior IT professional reporting into the Director of Finance IT applications.
Individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities wrt managing finance applicaitons
Individual will be responsible for interfacing both with the finance IT team as well as the non-finance track leads and users.
- Individual should be able to manage priorities and user expectations wrt project delivery and timeline.
- Individual should be able to attract and retain key talent within the organization as well as motivate them.
- Individual should be able to communicate effectively both within and outside the team and the finance organization, make effective presentation and represent the director of finance IT applications when and where necessary.
- Individual should be able to work in a matrix organization and deal with multiple priorities and ambiguity.
- Individual should be able to manage a team of 6-10 business process analysts, both local and overseas.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge or SAP R/3 with a focus on the SAP Finance Area
- Individual should have managed a medium to large team, independantly managed mutiple projects, timelines and deliverables
- Individual should have experience in working with senior business executives ]
- Big 4 experience strongly desired
- Ability to take charge and get things done
