Research Scientist for the Parametric Solutions Group

Responsibilities
Research scientist will support parametric data analysis products supporting films, CD, and overlay data and its application to advanced semiconductor processing. The position includes interacting with both internal and external customers, developing research projects, presenting results, developing prototypes, understanding the literature, attending conferences, and driving the state of the art in parametric control for cutting edge processing for 32 nm and beyond.
Qualifications
Candidate should have a firm tehnical background in the physical sciences, and skills in design of experiments, data collection, simulation, and analysis. Candidate should have fab experience in overlay, CD, and/or films metrology and/or utilization of data for fab control and disposition applications. The candidate is expected to demonstrate inovation and motivation.
