Group Senior Financial Analyst , KLA Tencor
Responsibilities
The Group Financial Analyst for the Wafer and Litho groups will support the Group Controller, the respective Group Vice Presidents, and other senior group and finance staff in operational and strategic business decision analysis. This individual will manage and analyze group financials, group level risk assessment and financial planning, benchmark peer company financial and operational performance, represent finance on product red teams, work with revenue drivers on developing and coordinating revenue plans that meet company objectives while optimizing margins across products, and track/coordinate regular engineering program fixed cost reviews. Additional responsibilities include driving company or group wide cost reduction initiatives, preparing for executive and strategic planning reviews, board presentations, and various ad-hoc market/economic analyses as appropriate.
Qualifications
This individual must have strong analytics, be results-oriented, able to thrive in changing fast paced environments and possess solid balanced judgment in assessing assets and liabilities for the company. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly/proactively develop both creative and pragmatic solutions for the operating challenges inherent with KLA-Tencor?s fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Strong analytical and communication skills, and a results-driven work style are necessary. Additional mandatory skills sets include the ability to business partner with senior level management, strong financial, cost accounting and modeling skills (Excel/TM1/SAP), and the aptitude to perform detail orientation/audit work as well as summary analyses.
