Technical Support Manager, KLA Tencor
Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the planned introduction of products to the field, from initial design phase into the sustaining phase within the Product Life Cycle process. Serves as primary WSO Representative to the PLC team. Areas of primary focus include program management of product introductions, implementation and execution of product support plans; implementation of serviceability and maintainability requirements; development of warranty estimates and management of warranty service costs, from product development through product maturity. Establishes and maintains lines of communications with Division Program Management, Marketing, Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing. Directly manages Tech Support, Product and New Product Introduction Project Engineers. Has matrix responsibility for Logistics, Documentation, Training and field engineers.
Qualifications
Bachelor�s Level Degree with at least 5 years of experience.
OR
Master�s Level Degree with at least 4 years of experience.
