Responsibilities
The role of the HR Generalist is to develop and execute our HR strategies that support the WIG business objectives. We are looking for candidates who are passionae about their work, possess strong HR Generalist experience, have interpersonal and project management skills and have the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, matrixed environment.
This role will involve partnering with the client group management team and HR Management . In this role, you will participate in rolling out company-wide initiatives such as performance management, focal reviews, bonus programs, talent planning and development, succession planning and recognition programs. You will work closely with your client group to coach and advise them on employee issues, including but not limited to performance management, employee relations, compensation, internal transfers/promotions and organizational changes. You will also be involved in new manager assimilations, communications, reporting, recruitment and will have the opportunity to participate in special projects.
Qualifications
-BS degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field is preferred.
-Master degree would be a plus.
-2+ years experience as a human resources generalist with increasing responsibility to include staffing, employee relations, compensation
-Experience working in a high technology, fast paced, multinational company
-Must be proficient in Peoplesoft, MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
-Must have excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
-Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
-Thrives in an unstructured environment and requires minimal supervision preferred
