Business Process Analyst, KLA Tencor
Responsibilities
-Support IT applications for global Supply Chain including implementing new SAP/PP functionality as required.
- Participate in IT Supply Chain project through supporting project activities (cutover, project documentation, data conversion, configuration, and user acceptance testing).
-Document all business requirements and review all levels of functional and design specifications, including program specifications for sizing project resource requirements.
- To monitor the change management processes in accordance with IT policies and procedures.
- To communicate with business managers expectations of system availability, timelines and requirements.
- To manage the business relationship by consulting with and advise users concerning major and/or complex problems. Document issue, define business requirements, investigate, gain approvals and then implement standard SAP-delivered functionality or custom enhancement to resolve issue/problem per plan of record.
- To team with remote resources in support of existing systems, including problem resolution consultations, and temporary system solutions prevent reoccurrence.
- Evaluate use and/or limitations of new technologies and identify impact (such as determine feasibility by comparing benefits to time, cost, equipment and staff resources required); make recommendations to management.
- May lead/supervise team for small to medium projects
Qualifications
B.S. in Business or Computer Science or equivalent required
Hands on experience in SAP configuration plus knowledge of ABAP and Basis.
Strong planning, organizing, communication and presentation skills.
4 years of strong IT project management experience.
5 years of business experience with a focus on materials management or supply chain.
Pass at least one Sarbanes-Oxley IT Controls documentation audit.
