Business Process Sales Systems Analyst, KLA Tencor
Responsibilities: The sales systems group, as part of Corporate Sales Operations, supports all processes and applications used by Division and Field tool sales end users in the day to day activities of selling KLA-Tencor products.
Sales Systems Business Process Analyst role responsibilities include:
1. Providing end user support on all Sales systems with particular emphasis on SAP ERP sales and distribution module quoting processes and customer master data processes
2. The ongoing analysis of process failures and inefficiencies of all sales operation processes in order to provide solutions and enhancements to these processes for greater efficiency and for the continuous improvement of the productivity of sales end users.
3. Management of the required critical documents for projects and enhancements that have been identified. This includes the creation of business requirement documents, review of final functional specifications ,testing scenarios for required user acceptance , and end user training documentation.
4. Data entry of new customer master records needed to allow tool and service sales activity in all SAP sales areas.
5. Update and maintenance of critical customer master data changes such as organizational changes to sales business unit structure and creation of new SAP sales areas
6. Management of the integration acquired businesses data to KT SAP ERP and sales systems applications.
Qualifications
Requires a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience.
Knowledge of SAP ERP Sales and Distribution Module preferred.
