BI Information Systems Analyst , KLA Tencor
Responsibilities
KLA-Tencor is looking for a senior/experienced SAP BI/BW Analyst for its Business Intelligence (BI) team. This is a key position in the group and the candidate must possess the following skills:
1. Be able to work with the business users to gather requirements and translate into efficient design
2. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP BW and at least 2 full life cycle implementation
3. Ability to work independently and lead small project teams.
4. Excellent oral and written communication, and organization skills.
5. Good analytical and problem solving skills
6. In depth knowledge of BW architecture and data modeling skills with star schema is a must
7. Experience with improving performance of reports and data loads
8. Knowledge of BW authorizations and security model
9. Should be self motivated and ability to work in a fast paced team environment to achieve results
10. Experience with SAP R/3 and/or CRM desirable
11. Experience in data extraction from SAP R/3 and non SAP R/3 systems
12. Prior big/5 consulting experience a plus
Qualifications
Ideal candidate would have at least 5 years hands-on experience with SAP implementations with at least 3 years of SAP BW hands-on experience with minimum 2 full life cycle SAP BW implementation in a multi-department environment across different function modules (like FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HR). Experience on version 3.5 or higher is required.
Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Computer science, business management or equivalent experience
