Responsibilities: Customer Support Engineer Under limited supervision, perform preventative & corrective maintenance, installation of hardware & software factory upgrades & retrofits on advanced semiconductor manufacturing defect detection inspection equipment used in the semiconductor manufacturing process.
Qualifications
Experience in Conducting equipment software Beta testing in conjunction with factory engineering for new equipment software under development; preparing status reports & technical documents; conducting eng / customer training.
