Software Engineer, KLA Tencor
Responsibilities: Self-starter responsible for developing machine control, calibration, and diagnostic software on the next generation e-beam inspection station. Work with HW/System engineers to gather inspection system requirements, create SW designs, code and unit test, and integrate with hardware.
Responsible for working with HW/Systems engineers, SQC engineers, Applications engineers, NPI/Service engineers who are primary customers of SW.
Responsible for following software processes of CMM Level 3 and above.
Qualifications
Master/Doctorate in CS/EE/Physics
7+ Years of Object Oriented SW development experience in Java or equivalent OO language
3+ years of machine/hardware integration experience
Experience in e-beam control and calibration software preferred
Comfortable with college level mathematics
Track record of working in teams
