Software Engineer, KLA Tencor
Responsibilities: Self-starter and a faster learner who will be responsible for developing & supporting wafer handling, machine control, factory automation, machine diagnostics & calibration software.
Work closely with other engineers to generate software design and code, perform unit & integration test, and support internal and external customers.
Required to work closely with HW/Systems/Manufacturing engineers, SQC engineers, Field Service engineers and customers. So strong communication and people skills are required.
Qualifications
Programming proficiency in one of the following is a must: Java, C++, C# (or other equivalent OO language).
Education background in EE, ME, CS, or Physics are all welcomed.
Experience with motion control, machine diagnostics and calibration software development or experience with semiconductor equipment, factory automation, or wafer handling system are all big plus.
