Responsibilities: We are looking for a highly motivated engineer to join the engineering team that developes state of art wafer inspection equipments. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining optical alignment procedures, making recommendations for tooling, maintaining records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations, developing process to produce manufacturable designs, training manufacturing technincians, solving manufacturing issues and implementing procedures to improve overall equipment performance.

Qualifications
B.S. degree in a hardware engineering field, such as optical, mechanical or electrical; or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum 3 years optics manufacturing experience. Successful experience with introducing complex opto-mechanical systems and designs into a production process. Proven ability in tracking design changes, implementing procedures and controling manufacturing processes.
