Responsibilities: Technical Interns will work on moderately complex tasks involving electronics, lasers, optics, robotics/mechanical systems, Windows/UNIX operating systems, and troubleshooting. Experience is required in testing digital and/or analog systems. Candidates must demonstrate an ability to comprehend procedures, schematics, drawings, and theory of operations. They must also demonstrate proficiency in the use of a variety of testing and measuring instruments.

Qualifications

* Must be in the Laser Technology Program or Advanced Manufacturing Technician Program (or Semiconductor Manufacturing Technician)
Laser Technology - have completed all laser and electonics core courses and at least intermediate laser course
Advanced Manufacturing Technician - have completed all electronics and mechanical core courses, and at least intermediate semiconductor manufacturing technology (or equivalent)
