Manufacturing Production Manger position to manage the Front End production process building, assembling, and testing of Inspection Equipment. The Manger is responsible for meeting production build schedules, driving continuous process improvements, defining and implementing world class manufacturing methods, defining a vision, and developing the potential and capability of the team.

Qualified candidates posses strong leadership skills and ability and has a proven track record of successfully leading a group and achieving high standards of performance through teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualified candidates possess relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment. Qualified candidates possess strong leadership qualities and should have the potential to move into roles with more responsibility and greater scope. The ability to affect change across functional groups is required.
