Sales Manager - Taiwan - Semiconductors, ICP Search

Our client is the leading provider of the lowest power programmable solutions for the mobile market. Their products offer a unique combination of hard-wired application-specific logic and a flexible programmable fabric for customer-specific applications.
They are currently hiring a Sales Manager to be responsible for Taiwan and China. This position will be based in Taiwan.

Reporting to the Director, Asia Sales, this is a key sales leadership role within the Asian and global Sales team. The role has primary responsibility for increasing revenue generation through the penetration, development and exploitation of new markets, particularly in one or more of the following:
- Smart Phones/PDAs
- Portable Navigation Devices (PNDs)
- Portable Media Players (PMPs)
- Portable Industrial/Consumer/Data Cards
- Ultra mobile PCs (UMPCs).

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure long-term profitable growth by developing and executing the strategic and tactical account management process (Strategic Selling process). The process entails targeting Focused Account customers within Taiwan and their subsidiaries in the rest of Greater China - developing strong relationships, aligning resources to achieve design wins / total system solutions, and driving the execution to revenue realization while maintaining target margins.
- Define the Account strategy including goals, objectives and proposals while prioritizing resources based on potential margin, leverage and importance.
- Identify key programs/platforms at the strategic and customer level where opportunities exist to improve cost, value and performance through the company
