Account/Sales Manager - Belgium - Semiconductors, ICP Search
My client is a leading semiconductor company looking for an Account/Sales Manager to manage one of their key accounts in Belgium. This candidate will be responsible for developing and growing the business with a key customer or customers in order to significantly contribute their overall performance.
Major Accountabilities:
Accountable for all aspects of the customer relationship through developing design win successes and growing a revenue stream based on an agreed strategic account plan for that customer.
- Ownership and execution of account planning within your geographical area. If the account is strategic then proactively support the Global Account Director with these objectives on a worldwide scale. This will include the coordination of Internal Sales/Field Applications/Marketing/Manufacturing organizations.
- Definition and ownership of design wins and revenue growth objectives.
- New design win opportunity identification through close working partnerships with FAEs and the customers' engineering teams.
- Develop relationships at all appropriate levels within the customer organization and facilitate direct contact between Senior Executives within LSI and the customer.
- Work with the EMEA FAE and Customer Marketing teams together with the business units in order to align features and benefits offered by our products and roadmaps with the customer's future needs.
- Develop our relationship with the customer and their manufacturing partners into a best-in-class customer experience.
Ideal Background:
Education:
- Engineering or other relevant degree preferred.
- Professional Sales Training would be an advantage.
Languages:
- Fluent English and French or Flemish.
Experience:
- Proven work experience and successful sales track record in selling to large international accounts.
- Strong business acumen and technical skills (Wireless and Wireline infrastructure). - Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in working within both functional and cross functional teams.
- Working knowledge of the semiconductor industry.
