Yield Ramp Consultant, Synopsys

Lead development of consulting solutions with integrated implementation of Synopsys test chips, DFM, and design tools. Provide on-site (customers fab) and remote consulting during yield ramp engagements with worldwide customers Generate training and development plans/materials for consulting team members. Drive these plans to achieve equivalent support capabilities in all business regions worldwide. Create unique IP using the MYM products in synergy with other Synopsys tools and strengthen the differentiation for Synopsys in yield consulting and DFM domains. Ensure technical quality in the delivery of consulting solutions through effective communications across all the stakeholders in the engagement. This includes communicating with various customer as well as Synopsys teams, at peer level and up to two levels up and/or down. Travel: Min 20% up to 40%; across all business regions worldwide travel.

Job Requirements:
BS EE, Mat. Sci., Chem. Eng., or Physics with 8+ Years hands on experience in semiconductor IC manufacturing and yield enhancement.M.S. or Ph.D. with 6+ years of experience will also be consideredDirect fab experience as a process integration engineer min. 3 years.
