This position is with Qimonda Japan. Provide technical support for the design-in of new products focused on board and package design and simulation, signal integrity and timing budget analysis. Responsibilities

• IO simulations of customer-specific DRAM applications including board and package modelling
• Definition of new DRAM packages, MCP and SiP, including signal routing and parasitic extraction
• Board routing studies and extraction for customer-specific DRAM applications as basis for the IO simulations described above
• Full system signal integrity and timing budget analysis

Requirements

• Good communication skills in order to maintain tight contacts within the Qimonda worldwide development organization
• Good ability to communicatio with customers
• Readiness to travel abroad

Experience

• BSEE or above
• 3 years or more on circuit design or IO simulations
• Ability to quickly learn new software and simulation methods
• Good knowledge of English
