Product Engineer (Design) , Qimonda North America
Qimonda\'s Development Center in Cary, North Carolina, is looking for outstanding, talented, Analog Circuit Design engineers to keep us at the forefront of technology and invite applications from qualified professionals. DESCRIPTION: Circuit design of deep submicron analog circuits for leading edge DRAMs. Typical circuit blocks would include clock generation circuitry, I/O circuitry, and voltage references / generators. The position will encompass working as a team member to design commodity and specialty DRAM products. Works in close cooperation with other international development centers within the company. REQUIRED SKILLS: Knowledge of CMOS design and simulation is required. Candidate should have experience with Cadence, HSPICE, and Nanosim. Working knowledge of full custom layout is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. QUALIFICATIONS: Engineer 1: MSEE or BSEE with no industry experience Engineer 2: MSEE + 1 year experience or BSEE + 6 years experience Senior Engineer: MSEE + 2 years experience or BSEE + 7 years experience Staff Engineer: MSEE + 5 years experience or BSEE + 10 years experience
