Qimonda\'s development center in Cary, NC is looking for outstanding, talented, physical design engineers/technicians to keep us at the forefront of DRAM technology and invites applications from qualified professionals. Physical Design Engineer The Engineer will work as part of a physical design (Layout) team assigned to leading edge DRAM product. He/she will work closely with the circuit design team to complete a variety of physical design assignments that meet the requirements of engineering schematics and physical design rule criteria. The candidate should have a BS Electrical Engineering, BS Computer Engineering, BS Physics or equivalent education. Knowledge of semiconductor devices, CMOS knowledge is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
